As an old saying goes, “Children are a gift from God”. Having a child is supposed to be marvellous for many women. But for Carmen, the career-minded, fun-loving young woman, it is the worst kind of nightmare. Carmen thinks that babies are no different from viruses -- once they start growing in your body, they bring misery into your life. As a star of a PR agency and is expecting to be promoted, and has a loving husband Oscar, everything seems to be perfect for Carmen, until she wakes up hungover after a crazy night out and learns that she has already been three months pregnant…… In this film we see how a smoking and boozing party animal gives it all up when she accidentally gets pregnant in a delightful comedy of hormones, diapers and a mother-in-law from hell. After getting through a horrible pregnancy, Carmen finally realizes that this is the biggest gift of life and an opportunity for her to learn to be a better person.
